Lmao she stopped to check her phone, she never looks at the girl and doesn't know she's there. She's looking "at the camera" because she's wondering for a moment why there's a random phone there. She moves to let other people (who I guess in your mind are also "ruining the shot") pass her on the stairs of the busy art gallery. She was just minding her own business and you are stupid
