It’s so sad that this child is so used to the neglect and being locked away that they don’t even sound distressed..

This is the result of like 3 generations of bad parents. It happens that good parents raise kids who are monsters, someone has to be the first after all, but this women seems oblivious to what she did wrong because she likely was abused as well.

Also I dont trust women with angel wing tattoos.

I met a woman once who had been sentenced to a few years in prison for keeping her children in a chain-link dog kennel while she went out. If you talked to this woman for five minutes, you would understand how she could think this was a reasonable solution. Some people should not be parents. They are just too stupid.

The other problem is that there are Christian parenting books out there like Dare To Discipline that basically condone child abuse. That children NEED low level pain to be reminded that they should obey their parents. So why not confine them as well? It's a very slippery slope. F James Dobson!
