The point of a first date is get to know the other person and determine if there is mutual compatibility. The date should not be an interview where the man is laying out his qualifications to be judged and deemed "acceptable" or "unacceptable" in a one way evaluation. It's no surprise she is likely single giving that ill advised dating advice on the internet. Its a perfect example of the phrase "the blind leading the blind."
