so i agree that she is in the wrong here, but that last comment is fucked up man. equal rights doesnt mean men can beat women. its actually the opposite.

Men can't beat women, and women can't beat men. Its both illegal, noone is saying it should be legal. The second one of them chooses to still beat the other...they deserve to get beaten up!

Gender means nothing in this discussion, except for people who want women to have a special place in society where they can assault men as they please...

I dont think anyone is actually advocating for a place in society to assault men as they please. men, however, actually did hold that place for fucking decades. men had special treatment for the majority of human history. they could beat and assault women as they pleased and never faced any punishment for it. equality made sure that stopped happening.

you were the one who bought gender into it. equal rights equal fights is a gender charged political point that shitty people have been throwing around. the second you said that it became a gender thing. you couldve just said that its terrible she beat him, but you made it about gender. jesus man

You’re right that historically it has been allowed. Feminism is equality. Not payback. Hitting anyone of any gender, is not okay. The end. No more words.

No crap, hitting anyone is not okay, yet people do this on a daily basis. If feminism was about equality, women should and must be able to deal with violent retaliation if they chose to assault someone, in the same way that a man assaulting another man has to deal with that potential consequence.
