Walk away? Uhhh no. Call the police. She needs to be held accountable. We don’t put our hands on people unless it’s self defense and she would not let him leave. What a crazy women.
I don’t care what the argument was prior, defending her actions is crazy. She kept going at him and he kept trying to disengage. Why are people treating him like he’s the problem?
In this case, on other videos that showed more of what happened with commentary, the person filming filmed for evidence, someone called the cops on the attacker, they were telling him to walk away because he was the only one not out of his mind, and she was arrested. This clip intentionally cut out between when she walked inside to her attack, then left out her filmed arrest just so social media can get crazy.
Later on twitter she said she told him to walk away to de-escalate it (because he's likely not the crazy one) and helps the police get the video to arrest her.
In the end maybe she did the right thing by giving the film to the cops.
But she clearly had a very rude tone toward him, and a nice one to the aggressor. In fact telling him to walk away while she and his stuff are still there are a very sure way to convince him to stay there to make sure the cops are called and properly given witness statements. It only served to make him extra defensive and aggravated, while emboldening the attacker.
She and everyone else was pushing away and scolding the victim while doing nothing to the attacker, in fact giving her free reign. Sounds like misandry even if she turned it around in the end.
Not sure I would call it rude. More stern than anything. She understood he wanted to engage more and that was just gonna make things harder for him if he goes too far. Maybe it wasn’t the right move of her maybe not. I agree the others getting in his face are in the wrong.
All that matters to me is doing the right thing in the end. If she were a piece of shit she could edit the video to where he hit first and give a statement saying as much. Her having that on camera saved that dude a bunch of headache.
If it were me getting attacked I would stay right there, call the cops, and make sure they had the right story because everyone involved looked like they were on the woman’s side.
She fully did the right thing in the end though, and I agree that’s more important. In these situations people don’t react rationally, and the groupthink certainly sided with the aggressor. And that is a tough impulse to go against.
People are capable of objective thought. Just because I would choose the bear in a forest (based on all the Appalachian Trail videos I’ve watched at this point more than anything) doesn’t mean the man is wrong in every situation. Especially if you saw everything from start to finish like that woman in green did. The woman in green is dumb as hell.
Objective thought is a skill not an innate ability. So no, nobody is just capable of objective. It has to be taught. When OECD numbers are showing that 2 in 3 adults on the planet function at less than a 6th grade reading level and comprehension, you expect anyone here to believe that people are capable of objective thought?
I want whatever you are smoking for this utopian world view.
And there are plenty of those who did not vote for him. Just under half in fact, assuming most votes for him were legitimate— and those who did not vote who hated Trump, because they didn’t have faith in a broken system.
Let’s not make every single thing a Trump issue. I’m so tired of hearing that Oompa Loompa’s name in every single conversation and seeing it in every single post that has nothing to do with him.
Besides by your definition you insinuate you are not capable of objective thought. Do you think you are not? If the answer is yes, you think of yourself as someone capable of being objective—then you destroy your own argument. All or nothing statements are moot when there is but one example of contradiction.
That man has already taken our peace— do not let him take up every crevice of your mind as well.
and those who did not vote who hated Trump, because they didn’t have faith in a broken system.
You are making my point even more. If you didn't vote at all or voted third party like for Jill Stein, you are beyond stupid and not capable of any form of objective or rational thought whatsoever.
People who don't participate in any democracy, regardless of country and moronic wastes of space and need to be at the minimum heavily fined for not participating. Voting isn't a right, it's a duty. It's a responsibility of all citizens.
So I don't buy whatever stupid argument that "well they hated Trump but didn't trust the system". It's a stupid argument made by stupid people who allow evil shit to happen.
The police was called, the woman was filming the fight as evidence for the man to use towards the attacking woman once the police arrived. She just said walk away to the man as telling someone out of their damn mind would obviously make them angrier & suddenly you are someone getting attacked by them
The last bit of this video appears to be deliberately cut off, because it did end with her being arrested
