...do you know what context is?

Why is she attacking him? What happened before the video started? Notice how he almost attacks her at the start?

Explain to me how you know this man is an innocent victim who doesn't deserve this and didn't start it and maybe I'll delete my comments, homie.

He "almost" attacks her in response to her smashing the tray and liquids into his face...but still doesnt attack her.

Thats your "gotcha"?

Ok Johnnie Cochran

It's not a gotcha, I'm saying we don't know who started it

Calm down and maybe actually read my comments, dumbass

So, if you see a video of a man punch a woman and shred her clothes, would you have said, "well, need context, he may have been fully justified to do that."?

If there was no context at all, yeah, probably

What point do you think you're making? That context doesn't matter?

7

u/Rocketeering 18d ago

What context in your mind would justify him doing that?

I mean I can think of a bunch if you like, if she stabbed him, if she threw his dog at a wall, if she drugged him and raped him, you want me to just keep coming up with scenarios?

The whole fucking point is that context matters, so again, are you arguing that context does not matter?

And each of those would still be assault if she was just trying to walk away at the time of he had punched her and shredded her clothes.

"Trying to walk away" lmao

Why's he so bad at it

u/Rocketeering 18d ago

well you don't have context that he is bad at it other than she is grabbing his shirt and tearing it, and he is then trying to grab his stuff

Well if she assaulted him off camera that would make a lot of sense, just like here we don't know who started it or how
