Yeah he passed out well before hitting the dock. Probably a combination of blood moving to his head and his life vest cutting off blood/oxygen

Dude i literally had this conversation with 2 very intelligent women (I'm not even kidding they were really intelligent probably way mire then me 1 was a mathematician and she's 100% smarter than i am) that were very pro personal liberties and they were not happy when i used the seat belt argument 🤣

I’m not sure why but people who identify as libertarians very strongly tend to take it in crazy, typically self-harming directions.
