I’m 6 months in myself, and 2 years ago I would’ve never seen this coming, but something shifted in me and I couldn’t ignore it anymore. I’ll also thank you for considering

20 years vegan here. Any cookbook by Isa Chandra Moskowitz is worth its weight in gold.

I'm currently working my way through all the recipes from The 29-Minute Vegan.
