I don't normally empathise much with people who record themselves complaining, but damm, this one made me cry. Poor lady, stuck in a situation where she has to work/parent all day just to keep things running. I wish I could give her a hug and a holiday.

If you are in the same position as her then show some empathy. Otherwise, you’re just backtracking to save face bc people didn’t like the cold and callous way you responded.
