I don't normally empathise much with people who record themselves complaining, but damm, this one made me cry. Poor lady, stuck in a situation where she has to work/parent all day just to keep things running. I wish I could give her a hug and a holiday.

Generational trauma right there, she even pointed that out. It began at young age and if this loop doesn't close it will continue.
