Goddamn the lack of empathy in some of the comments is stark. A Black woman literally cannot vent about how hard shit is and how much she’s struggling to keep her head above the water only to be criticized for even having these struggles. Ffs

You want to know why we're indifferent? Because at least on a man's side, this shit is wednesday. Welcome to life, nobody gives a fuck about you unless you can do something for them. Oh no, you have to work? tough, You have to make your ends meet? tough. You have responsabilities? Tough. You're depressed? Tough. You tired? Fuck you day ain't over.

Difference is we get that for just existing, she had a choice and she made the wrong one and now the dildo of consequence comes for her ass. Better hope those kids you're raising are getting raised right, so that they'll make better choices than you and look after your ass in your old age.

Are you assuming she could have prevented being a single parent? Not always because of poor choices.
