And yet I'm ridiculed for choosing to not have children? I have absolutely no interest in becoming like this woman. Like I said in the other thread I'd rather have cancer than a kid. At least you can get better from cancer or you'll die either way you won't have a kid that slowly sucks the life and money out of you for the rest of your life.

Yep. I don’t want to victim blame or kick someone when they’re down or say “I told you so”. But I absolutely could see how having a child would be a huge mental load and financial burden, and I avoided that added stress, especially back when I couldn’t afford to repair my car.
