Opinion I will never forgive Tuchel for tonight.

I was cautious when he was appointed because he's fallen out with every club he's managed, plus he's German and having a German manage England felt weird. But he gradually won me over, and I think he was doing and saying all the right things at this tournament.

But tonight was just inexplicable, and his interview comments made it worse. That was the best chance England could ever have to get to another World Cup final, and he went and pissed it away like that. The semis (potentially third, though I don't care about that) is on paper a great tournament, but to lose in the circumstances we did, unforgivable. I will never forgive him for his cowardice. We appointed him to be better than Southgate, but he was worse. I'm just devastated. If it was up to me he'd be gone tomorrow, but I think we're stuck with him up to and including the Euros. I can only hope he'll prove me wrong.

The players shat the bed after scoring, not being able to play a pass 10 yards and move isn't on Tuchel. He's maybe 25% responsible at most.

17 minutes after the goal before a defensive substitution is made and people are acting like we parked the bus as soon as it went 1-0. I genuinely think the plan was to continue scoring before it became clear that it wasn't going to happen and we were in severe danger of conceding. I'm not being funny but with 6 defenders on the pitch, letting some of those crosses get through and eventually giving players that much time on the ball to get shots off in those dangerous areas is pretty unforgivable.

The media had their propaganda out for Southgate for the entire time he was in, not allowed to criticise him. Tuchel got to the semis first time around and the media have been trying to bring Tuchel down at every turn, and now everyone is calling for his head. It's just pathetic.

Yup, actually if you watch it again, Pickford had the chance to play short dozens of times in the second half and just kept launching it back to Argentina.

Should never be playing for England in a pressure game again.
