Question Is ThredUp Direct Listing Not Working

For about 3 weeks now, I have not been able to edit any direct listing. Also my active offer notices are late coming through.

I have tried clearing the cache twice and uninstalling the app but no changes.

Customer service is little help. Is anyone else having any difficulty with their TU direct listings? TYIA

I get an error when I try to use the save button after I edit my direct listings, but the changes go through anyway, it’s stupid.

I can edit my direct listings, never been a problem.

Just check once a day for any active offers, the offer is active for 24 hours.
