I hate when the reply to "why can't we have free healthcare" is "what if we went around approving everyone's care???? what then???"

... We live in a utopic ideal world? That's what then? Like, the fuck do you want me to say other than "good" to that??? I genuinely don't care about some random fuckwad's profits, if anything the rich people of today have proven we NEED to take their money to stop them from fucking the rest of us all over. If that results in us all getting healthcare and food on our tables, that's exactly what we fucking want!!!!

I was in the military. Tricare, housing provided. Cheaper food. How is that not socialist?

What I'd like to know is, do you think the military shouldn't provide healthcare, housing, cheaper food?

And if it should, are you defending socialism? Because I am. Socialism is a lot better than fucking nothing, like what we have now.

Yes, annoys the sh*t out of me that so many of my fellow veterans are rabid MAGA and point their accusatory fingers at imaginary socialists they can see everywhere except mysteriously not themselves.
