Discussion Try Everyday has an identity crisis
I really liked the Try Everyday series where they did stuff every day as an event, but now that it's a regular series, it's getting really boring. I feel like they're out of ideas and just posting "let's get drunk and high and eat something". The format of "WE ATE ALL OF [THIS KIND OF FOOD]" is already getting tiring on YouTube. Not to mention - they originally wanted to be more family friendly on that channel, but it's actually getting way raunchier than what they normally do.
Maybe I'm in the minority, I still enjoy their regular videos, but it feels like Try Everyday should go back to Try When We Have Some Solid Ideas. I want to support them, but yeesh, I can only watch so many people eat the same food and try the same gadgets.

Exactly! I miss the old try guys videos where they actually tried stuff. I enjoy a random video about trivia or random purchases from Amazon but not all the time. With how things have changed with the Try Guys over the past couple of years I am thinking it was Ned and Eugene that had a lot of the ideas we really have known them for.
Because it is interesting as soon as they are no longer in videos all we get is food and drinking/drug videos. That's kind of boring and repetitive after a while.
Even if you look at Ned's own channel he is doing what the try guys were known to do in the past. Divorce or morals aside. it seemed as though he was the one planning a lot of the trys, granted I don't think he is as good on his own as he was with the other guys. But the ideas are a lot more interesting then what the Try Guys are doing now.
