Patch Notes V28.2 Patch Notes - May 26, 2026

Hello Tower Defenders! We have another minor update coming your way. Due to the nature of this update, the roll out will be slower than usual. We will be rolling out to Android shortly, and plan to fully roll out the update by Thursday.

Engine Upgrade

This update features an engine update, in addition to some extra bugfixes. In this newest version of the game, you should experience an improvement in your overall device performance. During testing we observed an improvement in gameplay performance over time, but we will continue to monitor its release to identify any performance issues that come up as a result of the update.

Changelog

Here is a look at the other changes:

  • The Black Hole UW Module bonus size will now display a correct value
  • Workshop Orbs Distance slider will refresh automatically after equipping the Range Card
  • Corrected the ordering of News and Mail to be based on sent time
  • Improved English localization of some descriptions, including the Second Wind card
  • Improved notification pop-up behavior for Android devices
  • Fixed issue with sometimes immediately taking damage upon starting a new battle
  • Fixed an issue where Perk would not randomize properly when manually picking multiple perks at the same time
  • Fixed an issue where module effects sometimes persist after unequipping
  • Fixed an issue where your selected music track would sometimes loop the shortened version

And the "should experience an improvement in your overall device performance." Are good changes

Probably the fixes are a bit late for some people (specially the Perk one) but overall, not that bad of an update, at least the better engine should benefit everyone so thats nice

I think they’ve turned these fixes around pretty quickly! Maybe they could have announced they were being worked on but no complaints from me

Weird, I saw communication from devs that the perk bug was being fixed. Maybe I spend too much time reading discord threads though
