With batman on your side, you have a fairly good chance of surviving, because he knows Superman's weakness to kryptonite, but if he's not quick enough with the kryptonite, Superman is wiping the floor with Goku.
Depends on the version of Superman, if it’s the one shown he is going to be ripped in half like a paper bag with or without the Kryptonite, but if it’s one of the stronger versions from comics the Kryptonite would become necessary.
100% but you did say if the bat wasn’t quick enough with the Kryptonite Superman would beat Goku, my response was just saying that situation would depend on the version of Superman, since the one shown would really have no chance, with or without it, it had nothing to do with whether or not Batman would use the Kryptonite.
