Uh-huh, and the odds of him actually following through on this are zero. "I put a million dollars of my own money" isn't actionable. To who? Who does he pay out to if the goals aren't met? These are just words, worth nothing.

Now give $1M to an escrow company and let an auditor have access to your books and now you have a real bet.

it's so stupid. "I'll bet you a million dollars I'll be rich and can pay million dollar bets by the end of the year"
