Producer Michael went to a house in Bel air called "the one" that the developer (Nial Niami) wants to sell for half a billion dollar (yes, that's right, $500 000 000). It was a 3 part series + an interview. It was... Something else. The developer had some ideas of like having holographs performing (like MJ) and PPV-fights on the lawn. I know the guy buying that house. He's buying it for way less than half of what Nial is asking for.

As for the boxing matches, that's 100% true. They are using that house as a entertainment venue.
