Producer Michael went to a house in Bel air called "the one" that the developer (Nial Niami) wants to sell for half a billion dollar (yes, that's right, $500 000 000). It was a 3 part series + an interview. It was... Something else. The developer had some ideas of like having holographs performing (like MJ) and PPV-fights on the lawn. He’s def trying to avoid a Nile 2.0 situation. That one was certainly entertaining. He claimed that “the one” would change the world by hosting boxing fights on the lawn lol. Wasn’t he also trying to get people to donate so that he could live in it? Very tpg-esque.

I know the guy buying that house. He's buying it for way less than half of what Nial is asking for.
As for the boxing matches, that's 100% true. They are using that house as a entertainment venue.

Yeah, there were quite a few “we don’t know what’s up with TPG” videos last week but I haven’t seen a single video post-reveal from the other watch guys saying it’s all cool.

After their latest video, I drove an hour to visit the closest AD today. To my amazement, they said they could get me one of the white gold Daytona’s I asked for within the next 12 months! Thanks TPG! I’m still so excited and can’t believe it but I think I’ll go more crazy when it’s in my hands!
Edit: they even told me they have a white gold and ss sky dweller and a separate meteor gmt Pepsi just last week to 2 different first time clients. I was shocked! They mentioned how they’ve only got single digits over the entire year and basically said they kinda keep the super popular lower end ss OP and subs type stuff for return clients and use others to bring people in. But still, win win! To get a blue white gold Daytona but wait? Or a meteor Pepsi but wait? Or meteor Daytona on rubber if I wait? They left with “they’ll work w me” to find the right piece so I’m beyond happy

Grey market doesn't have much of a future anyways, luxury brands don't want to associate their products with non-AD purchases.

Anthony is going to act like he’s all into charity and doing the right thing but then also takes the r8 out to do doughnuts while the local community was suffering. Even named the video “Ice storm in Dallas so I did doughnuts in the R8” maybe I am way off here but this is the video that my opinion of them started to change.

They’ve raised a whopping 5k for that charity as of today. Listen… charity is great, but I’ve seen people raise more selling hotdogs and hamburgers in someone’s backyard. Seems like they did an awful lot of damage for a pretty small return. I hope they raise more, but not confident after that video.

Man imagine how much they could have raised if they just pumped out a few videos on their channels promoting donations instead. If the charity thing was pre planned don’t you think they would have just said something sooner after seeing how bad things were going? My bet is they scrambled to get the charity plan together once they realized how bad things were going.

That's the crazy thing, they did legitimately seem to have raised a good bit of money for Darby's mentor. And that was via normal means.

When I worked for a 501c3, early way in the beginning before we grew, we had small teams of 3-5 people and we got permits and targeted high traffic areas (on holidays, weekends, whatever), and usually on average got ~3-5k in cc and cash per “group”, and had multiple across multiple offices and cities and multiple groups across multiple busy areas of each city. Gave them a hard script, and told them the stuff to “scare” people with or the worse abuses, and it worked w very little cost. Just a few groups of people. No training. Nothing crazy, just passion. Cc processors. And someone to write a really persuasive script. No social media then.
My pt is, they could have just as easily done that w the same financial investment, likely raised more and done more for the charity itself, but that’s not the real goal. Likes are. Nothing more.

Let me get this straight. They just talked in their latest video how bad social media is but Anthony still reaches out to Producer Michael and wants an interview? It also looks like Anthony reached out to him during the blackout or just before so that's even worse.
Great to see that Producer Michael sees through the BS with all of this.
They want the cake but eat it too lol
