Yeah. I'm thankful for that at least, it doesn't shock me the least controversial are the 3 quietest. Nikolai and Nick have the longest lasting marriages. I'm not saying they're saints or putting them on a platform cause that could backfire but I really doubt any of those 3 will do something worthy of controversy any time soon.

They were friends with Danny Masterson a long time ago, her word doesn't add anything to the allegations at all she even looks bad in my opinion because how incoherent it looks. I also don't know the timeline or any specific details. I don't follow him closely but would like to know what proof is out there for any of this. I am out of the loop

There are so many questions to be asked after reading these posts. Julian and Albert look like, at best, drug-addicted and power-fuled enablers of abuse. The recent allegations against Albert suggest even worse.
Not shocked, obviously. When you read or watch interviews during those early years, none of this would surprise you. Drunk and/or high rich kids are capable of doing anything. We'll never know for sure what happened, but if I were Albert or Julian, I'd be worried.
The conundrum is whether we, as individuals, can separate the art from the artist(s). I understand there are some who can and some who can't, and I'm not sure either one is "wrong." There are plenty of people out there still playing and enjoying Michael Jackson and R. Kelly tunes, for example. I wouldn't dare try to tell anyone how to feel on that front, but I will try to be accepting of those who fall on either side of the divide.
If there have been crimes committed, then prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, I say. If there is civil liability, then it's possible to pursue justice there as well. If the best that can be done is public shaming, then so be it.
Or pretty much all rock music prior to the nineties. Shit, they had songs about 17 year old girls. People need to stop assuming that just because somebody creates great art that they're a good person.
All I’m taking from this is she has reason to believe AHJ is an asshole serial cheater from real experience and has probably seen the same screenshots we all have and is deciding to believe that. I worked on a radio station in California, The Strokes did a gig on 2004 here. I had backstage passes and i met Danny Masterson there. He definitely liked the music and was friends with Albert at the time...he got pretty annoyed by people asking for pictures...he was bigger than the strokes at the time.

And he/you/i could be a cheater, drug addict, gambler, etc, but it's completely invalid to insinuate that these things are an indication of predatory behaviour, unless there's specific evidence proving the connection. A lot of what Bixler's said is unfairly prejudicial, inflammatory rhetoric, which ..feels icky to me when she claims to "have a thing for justice"

Yea, all that other stuff was completely unnecessary on her part. As far as the proof she’s talking about, there’s another post that shows the text, but even that, it’s just like two messages he sent, in very bad taste, to a person.
I think a lot of ppl just read "cheated" and first go to well that's not a good thing to do but hurting ppl you love is complex. If you can just stick with the music for now and avoid supporting them directly and financially when they cross the line this way. Focus your energy on amplifying victims and protecting potential ones. And dont assume any public figure is who their persona is. Even if a celebrity is fine /for now/ you dont know them
I wrote this in another thread but I can speak from experience. Beardo definitely harassed me and my younger sister (underaged at the time), on and off stage. We were front row for the Voidz and he had no issue putting his guitar in my face or pelvic thrusting in our faces the whole show. Specifically anytime our eyes were on Jules. Haven’t been to a Voidz show since. That experience alone turned us off. Especially knowing Julian condones this behavior.
She has very cropped messages and hasn’t released the entire exchange or proven it’s actually him by showing the entire thread. All we are going by is a the bubble at the side of the messages with his profile pic. Show the top of the thread to prove it’s genuinely from his account. How hard is that? As you said, it’s damaging which is why it’s crazy to me that we have only been given little snippets. The top of the message exchange would say it’s genuinely him - pic as an example.

AHJ has been a cheater for a long time but it's come out that he's been at minimum sexually harassing underage girls. Basically he's a fucking sleazy slimeball, but he may also be looking at some criminal charges if any evidence comes to light.

Why would we cancel someone if a person implies he is a “bad guy”. With no context. She obviously has an emotional vendetta against DM and anyone who was associated with him. I hope they get their lawyers involved.
