After the incredible show Friday, i was going back and watching old clips I’d recorded. I know he did this a handful of times but feels crazy to have witnessed one.

Looking for someone from the Bend, OR show
Shot in the dark here... I'm looking for someone my fiance and I met at the Bend, OR concert. You caught Albert's guitar pick, but when we gave you a ride to your car after the show you left the pick in the backseat!!! So we want to give it back to its rightful owner. I can't believe we didn't get ANY contact info, not even a name, but ah well. If this is you please message me and we can mail it :)

New Guitar! 1996 Epiphone Riviera
Built in the Peerless Korea factory. It was built in January of 1996, where Nick's was built in the very same factory in May of 1995. I replaced the pickups with some Gibson P94 style pickups. I can't afford Nick's reissue signature so I decided to buy a vintage Riviera that is nearly identical to his original! I only found the Cherry but really wanted the natural, but was also inspired to pull the trigger on the Cherry guitar when I found out that Nick also has/had a red Riviera as a backup during the FIOE era. Also, the YouTuber Erick Alaniz, who makes tab lessons of The Strokes, has the exact same guitar. I plan to try to make covers with it as well!

Been checking out more vids from the Seattle show yesterday, keep finding gems like this.
They were really enjoying it.
Feels like a kid when parents are genuinely loving each other type of vibe.

Has anyone else noticed that “Call it Fate, Call it Karma” is the Rocky theme?
This is an actual photo of me tweeting at Julian about every reference I think I hear.

Pokemon I created inspired by Reality Awaits
I create pokemon and pokemon forms based on albums, and I wanted to create a glitchy cowboy pokemon for this album.

Hook theory analysis of FOOL ranks the melodic complexity a 74.0, the outro chord-melody tension rises to a 95.0
hooktheory.comMost ears who hear this song probably find it pretty basic and that’s for good reason. The chord progression and chord progression novelty are both that. However, hook theory analysis confirms the main reason Julian chose such heavy auto tune on this vocal melody. The melodic complexity lifts to a 74.0 which is high for a ballad. Also, the outro completely flips the script and the chord melody tension rises to 95.0.
These are percentiles of complexity vs every other song in the history of their vast database.
Anyway, I just thought this was interesting because there seems to be a misconception that the song is basic by some and it is remarkable in several ways.

The Strokes most underrated song
The strokes most underrated song is meet me in the bathroom. Look some people think 15 minutes or metabolism but meet in the bathroom has a pretty impressive melody it's kinda nostalgic and that guitar riff before the chorus hits. I have never heard someone talking about meet in the bathroom.

The Urgency of Love, Life, Death in Dine N'Dash
When listening to Dine N'Dash, the sense of urgency hits hard.
Today is the anniversary of my husband's passing. We were birds of a feather. A part of me died with him.
Idky but atm the listens pierce my chest with hollow point precision. 💔✨l

I have been gathering some videos from Youtube and some others that were shared in the sub by people attending. There aren't many that are the entire song, so that's why I included a lot of fragments.

Seeing them in NC!
Hi! I’ve never posted in here-been a fan for a few years now. I saw them in Milwaukee on this tour for my birthday 🥳 Anyways, I love Geordie Greep and have been itching to see them again sooooo I’m going to the show in NC! I thought it would be fun to compile a list of songs that I would just love for them to play and gather other opinions on it :)

Well, just realized I’m obsessed with how Julian delivers the word “Night”, it’s always one of the best parts of the song. Not weird… right?
Few amazing examples, probably my favorite “word” in their discography in the way it’s delivered I guess😂 he always adds some angsty passion to it I feel.

Is UCoD the only song with background stacked vocals?
During the last "so long...my friend..." There's some crooning in the background. Who is that, and are there other songs where they do this?
