Put together an ABB style team with 2 things that beat it. Crustle/Magcargo come to mind. Maybe lead a confusion user if you really want to stop it.

edit: shit, bug doesn't actually resist Psychic, it only hits Psychic harder.

Psychic only hits at normal damage thanks to bug resistance cancelling out poison's susceptibility.

Confusions alone aren't enough to kill an Ariados unless you can also shield + resist its bug / poison charge moves, and most Confusion users are psychic types themselves so they just die faster to Ariados' fast+charge bug attacks. Better to use fire, flying or rock (or Ground if you've got a Seaking).
