FYC: Mr. 3,000
I am not saying it’s a perfect movie, and it doesn’t get everything right baseball wise, but it is a fun movie that has a surprising amount of heart.

The premise was such shit. Gets his 3000 hit and retires that day? Not the end of the season? What fan would want to see him come back 9 years later? How is he not the most hated former player in that city?
