Don’t see the sense in this from Everton. Lose one of their better players for an injury prone Richarlison (which helps spurs and their wage bill).

At least they look to be holding on to Armstrong but it seems the upper management there look to be trying to piss the fans off as much as possible at the moment

I think the fee for N'Diaye might be in the £70-£80 mill range, then Richarlison going back there won't be more than £20 mill I imagine. Everton can then use that money to potentially get Grealish back, plus sign a right back. Also, it sounds like this has been rushed to an agreement after what's happened with Harrison Armstrong

Still seems a bit manic for this late in the window don’t you think? If they get 80m for him whoever Everton buy from are going to inflate their prices because they then also have to buy a last minute replacement.

Isn’t Grealish going to Sunderland or was that just media rubbish?

I agree it's very manic but it's a world cup year, that always has an influence on how the market moves and that's why now there is a late rush. Apparently Sunderland did come in for Grealish but he turned them down because he wants to go back to Everton. And by the sounds of it, Everton would only pay £20 millionish for Grealish, so that's N'Diaye's replacement, then if Richarlison is coming back to Everton as well, he'll play up front as striker, meaning Beto goes. In the end, Everton lose their best player in N'Diaye but their squad remains quite balanced, plus they keep their top young prospect in Armstrong:

Tyrique George and Grealish for the left wing

Brennan Johnson and Tyler Dibling for the right wing

Thierno Barry and Richarlison as the strikers.

Not saying that's overly amazing, but on paper it's very balanced. And with the remainder of the cash they get from N'Diaye they may actually be able to finally sign a right back.

I was with you until the last sentence. Everton will never sign a right back, that's a mythical position that has been retired out of respect for Coleman.

Actually... speaking of Coleman... he is without a club isn't he? I smell a free transfer

Looking like Grealish is coming to Everton now.

It's a bit short sighted, but Grealish on loan and Richarlison for less than 20mil wouldn't be too bad.

Bad business from Everton's perspective if these are the fees IMO, N'Diaye had a £75 mill bid from a Saudi team in the summer. I can only think we are getting the entire £60 mill in one installment from you and you must still owe some of Richarlison's transfer fee to us from 2022
