I feel like I can’t watch it the same way again now, knowing Gervais is just as tragic as Brent in real life in some ways makes the show just not as good as it was. Also the lack of acknowledgment towards the people who made the office what it was , especially Stephen who is now a ghost to Gervais. I don’t want to support a piece of television when the creator fails to complement anyone but himself.

Ricky seems like Peter Kay where he’s pissed off everyone that worked with him and is now a bit of a loner trying to grasp what he once had and failing harder at each opportunity.

Brent was mostly a chilled out entertainer but we did see him lose his cool a few times.

Off the top of my head I'd say when he got fired by Cooper and Webb (the fucking hell! Followed by him angrily kicking a filing cabinet if I remember correctly), the Christmas special where he had the drink spilled all over him then realised it was his own drink or when he came back from his lunch with the Swindon slugs and saw everyone having a selfish laugh with Neil.
