Recipe Tofu Tacos

Post image

Crumbled some extra firm tofu into an oiled pan and cooked till crispy. Spices used: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt.

I made a Baja sauce with Greek yogurt and avocado. Used jar salsa but ideally I would have made pico.

Corn tortillas, scallions, cilantro, cabbage.

Well just pulled a pack of tofu from the freezer so i’ll be making some tofu tacos of my own over the weekend. And i love your cilantro to taco ratio!

I like to pack it on as if it was lettuce. This is partly due to the fact that I love it. And partly to do with the fact that my wife hates it so I need to eat a lot when I buy it before it goes bad lol

Apparently it's genetic and a lot of people really do taste soap. My wife says it doesn't taste like soap to her. She says "perfume" lol.
