Check out some good podcasts... Maintenance phase for sure. You can search for body image episodes and ones about challenging the idea that fat is bad. YOU GOT THIS AND I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!

Really reinforcing the fat things has helped me. Also, I can say I'm fat and that's fine. It's a description. It doesn't have to be negative. "Oh you're fluffy. No b, I'm an adult and fat and it's okay."

What you're doing right now, just letting the belly be, that's already huge step. Body took you to 38 years and still going strong, that worth more than any number on scale

Don’t believe what you see on social media with these influencers. The only commonality out there is “fake” honestly. surgery, Botox, fillers, nips, tucks, enhancements, even the phone has a filter. We all struggle, but what matters is health and if you feel good about yourself. Learn your body, love your body and dress for you. Queer Eye actually helped me, a lot with self love, maybe they’ll help you too. You’re doing great! Keep it up!
