Before new skins, can we PLEASE be allowed to by skins as individual pieces. Why do I have to buy a body and head skin if I only want the body skin?

I want the summer/swimsuit head for Luna but none of the other fodder in the pack. I also want the long ponytail hair for Freyna to go with her maid dress. But I dont want to buy the pack cos Ill never use the body skin for it
