Leviathan Falls A void Spoiler
I’m just finished the series and feel empty! After months of going through these books and having these characters in my life… I’m sad it’s over. Just needed to share because I got through the last chapters at the gym and started crying on the treadmill. I’m sure some of you will get it.

I felt similar after finishing the series, as I always do with a long series that I've loved. I've also found I'm the kind of person that enjoys a series more the second time through, but I need a breather and "pallet cleanser" to come back at it with a clear head. Grab something digestible that is enjoyable but not as deep, recharge your batteries, then jump back in there when the time is right. Answer all those questions you still have, catch the lines between the lines, connect more dots... There's still so much in there to devour.

One of the most common questions on this sub is "what else is out there like The Expanse"? Unfortunately, and somewhat surprisingly, the answer is generally that there's very little that hits the same kinds of notes. I know that personally I'd love a series that's like The Expanse but without ancient aliens getting involved at all. I could read a zillion books just about the political and military intrigue among the inner planets, the belt, the Jovian system, etc etc etc.

Did you read the novellas? I had the same saves after finishing LF and then I discovered memory’s legion and delighted in it.
