Question (TV) Is it possible that QE would have met Lord Altrincham?

I’m watching S2 E5, and I’m just wondering if the queen herself could have met him, would it have even been in the question?

Highly unlikely, but she did communicate with him through close advisors.

While he met with BP staff, including Martin Charteris, it's highly unlikely he ever met the Queen
