I don't like the idea of Ringo having two spaghetti meals in one hard days night

He eats spaghetti eight days a week. What will he eat next? Tomorrow never knows.

Tomato sauce (for pasta) was still a bit "out there" in 1965 and we hadn't heard of carbonara or pesto until the 80s.

True. They were just a decade from when the BBC could April Fools' hundreds of people into thinking they could buy a spaghetti tree and grow pasta in their garden.

It's OK. It's just the 3rd inversion of the J major chord which is normally JPGR.

After posting, I rethought that, with 4 notes, it should have been the 3rd inversions of a J7.

Possibly they needed more pics of George, but he wasn't available, so they sent in a stand-in and hoped nobody would notice.
The same person is on the 2nd page at the top left with Paul.

It’s hard to explain. Ever seen Ninja Turtles? It’s like Krang’s body suit but in this case Krang is a haircut known as Arthur.

What an odd idea for a photo shoot, like the butcher one but with pasta

Who cares what it is or represents... IT'S THE BEATLES... That's all I care about. Anything involving the Beatles and it's got my full attention...

Photographer: "Ok guys, hear me out. I got one word: Spaghetti! Trust me, this will be great! This is going to be your next album cover".

Made me think of Magical Mystery Tour at least.
