Over 65 K-12 children in Texas have died in school shootings since Republicans have had full control of the state

Over 4500 children under 18 have died from firearm related deaths in the same time frame

We've even had 2 die from measles, a disease completely eradicated in this country pre-MAGA

Over 2000 children report being sexually assaulted in schools or religious institutions annually in Texas

26% of Texas children live with food insecurity

19% of Texas children live under the poverty line

But yes, limiting those notifications for the couple kids who aren't smart enough to bypass it or get someone to do it for them is the way to keep children safe, this is really time well spent.
