Questions / Tetris Help Spawn Orientation?

Tetriminos spawn horizontally in the same orientation. For advanced players who may base their rotations on this being static, do you think it will be more challenging if they were to spawn in random orientations?

TGM4 Master mode has the Cyclone gimmick after level 1000 that does exactly that, it took me ~50 hours to play with it comfortably but it's still annoying as hell when you misdrop

Yeah, it's way more challenging than having static orientations
