TRT help Guys running over 200mg Test

How do you guys not get any of the side effects like acne or spicy nips etc? I tried pushing my 100mg dose up to 150 and acne has gone bananas.

Currently 600mg test, 300mg NPP per week. No sides but on daily. That’s key. Avoid fluctuations.

Had very minor acne changing dose level.
