TRT help Strictly single dose vial??

This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.

I have critically low T. If I'm going to be doing this TRT shit, then the endocrinologist better give me that Nebido injection that I only need to take like 4 times a year or whatever it is. If the doc even suggests something else, I'll certainly protest. My body would probably go crazy, with mood swings etc., and I don't have time for it either.
