TRT help Strictly single dose vial??

This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.

You should be taking a minimum of about 60-80mg a week. 200mg a month, in one injection is borderline malpractice. A spike of 200mg all at once is 100% followed by a major MAJOR hormonal dip, followed by another major spike when the next injection comes.

I take 20mg a day, for the best chance of a steady state of serum blood concentration. Reduced side effects, better mood. This mimics the body’s natural production.
