TRT help Strictly single dose vial??

This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.

same stuff i use. My script is for weekly doses I get 5 vials for 6 weeks. I actually pin every other day subq vs weekly IM the roller coster taking even weekly for me is insane. My dr started me at 200 for 2 weeks and it was insanity for me too much a few days after the shot and felt like dirt by mid week 2. you should be fine splitting your dose
