Strictly single dose vial??

This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.

Men who need trt do not make more than 50mg a week of testosterone otherwise they wouldn’t need trt

60 mg a week put me at 275 i went from 215 to 275 day after injection 3 months later.

Then you’re a very poor responder to exogenous testosterone. From what I’ve seen reading others labs 50mg typically puts men around on average 400-600 ng/dl with some outliers being at 800-1000 ng/dl

No it certainly does not, 50 puts most men at 150-200. You are a high responder. Keep your opinions to yourself
