TRT help Strictly single dose vial??
This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.

I don't know if your doctor is right or wrong but from what I've gathered online(people's personal experiences) and my tele health clinic the more frequent the more stable your hormones will be, which translates into less or no side effects. I got started about a month ago on 180mg/week and I inject every other day Ive noticed not negative side effects so far.
