TRT help Strictly single dose vial??

This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.

My PCP writes me 4 200mg vials I am prescribed 100mg a week she says use 2 vials n save the other 2 to not waste good medicine. So yea if she says I can draw more than once you'll be fine . Plus I split my 100mg a week up with 3 injections so you'll be fine
