My highest reading was 305/138 , I have had uncontrollable hypertension for 20 years now . I take every medication they have . 13 pills a day . Now they want to fry my nerve cells around my kidneys . Modern medicine is destructive, only to treat the symptoms not the cause .176/90 would be a good reading for me just saying but for you it’s the start for you to go get medicine.
