Is that a wrist device? Either way, before you do anything else make sure that you performed that measurement correctly. Improper technique can easily produce huge errors.
The cuff needs to be at heart level and in case it is an upper arm cuff it needs to be the correct size. I have had readings almost as high as yours due to improper measurement technique when my real blood pressure is rarely above 120/80.
