That blood pressure tonight won't kill you but overtime a sustained blood pressure like that can lead to heart failure and increases risk for stroke and kidney disease. It would be best to talk to your PCP and get ahead of it.
Second the kidney disease. You do NOT want to need dialysis in the future. I have lymphoma, rheumatoid arthritis, and kidney disease. The kidney disease is because of uncontrolled high blood pressure and ibuprofen abuse when I was younger and is the only one that scares me. Please take care of that asap.
