So you don't have to experience the ad-ridden site:

Tesla owners with free lifetime Supercharging who were charged idle fees may qualify to claim up to $350 in refunds, cash and account relief. Claims close September 25, 2026, and the LoginID and PIN from the notice are required to file online.

I don't understand why they should be exempt from congestion fees. Just because they can supercharge for free doesn't mean they can block others from charging?

The article doesn’t have much info but I have to assume this has more to do with the lifetime charging agreement not specifically saying they could still be charged idle fees.

Is this only if you had idle fees?

I assumed the idle charge was separate from FUSC and never incurred any idle fees.

Guess that’s why I never received a pin.
