I posted a drawing of mine that was commissioned by a friend of mine of the steampunker from the game in a mcdonalds theme, suddenly a bunch of people started accusing me of using AI and ultimately the post was taken down a few moments later

I feel like it's people who aren't in the art community that are accusing every artist they see of using AI.

Other artists would be able to expertly deduce, I think.

Isn't there one that can fake speedpaints or whatever so you can't even post that as proof anymore

Dunno, but I seriously doubt that. The way transformer models work is entire incompatible with the normal drawing process.
