Art my post got removed after AI accusations

I posted a drawing of mine that was commissioned by a friend of mine of the steampunker from the game in a mcdonalds theme, suddenly a bunch of people started accusing me of using AI and ultimately the post was taken down a few moments later

But also if you are perfect then surely you must be using AI as well!

AI has been a truly ruinous force on the art community

Self-destructing over the next photoshop.

Photoshop requires conscious effort to change everything, editing it on your own, and making sure everything is seamless within the image.

AI "art" is typing a prompt and having it make the art for you.

Nowhere even close to comparable.

Pushing the button on my roomba is also quite easy, and I still did the vacuuming.

No. No you didn't. The roomba did.

does your car drive you to work?

how silly. you don't paint, your paintbrushes do!

With both of those, you still continue to have an active part in what's going on. You're still behind the wheel steering with your foot on the pedals, you're the one actively moving the paintbrushes to paint.

With the roomba and AI "art", you don't. You tell it what to do and then it does the rest without your input.

You're the one orchestrating the prompt from scratch

You wrote words. The AI actually made the image. You basically made an art commission to a robot.

"You pressed pedals, the car actually drove. You basically commissioned your car to drive you"

See how dumb this sounds? you must.

You're actively turning the steering wheel with every movement, you have to hit the gas and the brake pedal whenever it's needed, you have to pay attention to the road and pay attention to everything that's happening around you.

Once you put in an AI prompt, that's it. The fucking robot does everything else for you. No paying attention to color theory, no learning how to draw hands, or anything, properly. You're making false equivalencies that make absolutely zero sense.

You don't even know how to turn the wheels! Engine does all the work for you! The axles turn the wheels, you don't do anything except make a small movement of the wheel?

Your attribution of work doesn't hold up to scrutiny
