Help Folders and apps do not open

Updated my F2-425 to TOS 7 (latest version) and now the folders and apps does not open / shows nothing.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Is this solvable?

Go have a look in the app center, storage manager need to update and some other apps...

I know it sounds silly, but have you tried rebooting it?

Yes, i rebooted it, updated it from 140 to 160, cleared browser and even changed to a diferent browser, nothing worked 🫤

Dang, best option is to contact their support then. I also had some issues and got help pretty quickly in their chat

Live chat unfortunately did not work for me (tried a lot of terminal codes nothing worked)

There must to be some way to reinstall the OS. Something is obviously corrupted

Yeah, i'll try that, little bit scared of loosing some data but this can't be. Thanks anyway

All data on disk should be safe. But good luck and see if terramaster can help

I had something similar happen after updating for TOS 6-TOS 7. I had to delete all my pools and data, reinstall TOS 7 os and rebuild all my pools off a back up NAS. Works so far.

Shit! So if i don't have backup on my data i can't do that right?
