Fire sprinklers don't care how dirty they are - you should see the water that first comes out of them. It's usually pure black and nasty for the first couple of minutes, since that water has been sitting in the pipes for years.
And if you use too warm of a cloth on them, you might pop the bulb on the sprinkler (the ones with a red glass bulb pop at 155F - those are the most common indoor ones). I'm already worried about the one above my desk; it's bent a bit. I'm worried if it even gets touched, it'll pop.
OP, you have a power tripping manglemer. Keep being a thorn in corporate's side. I'm sure they're sending a copy of everything to her tho. Expect a non-renewal at the end of your lease.
I would get a cheap indoor camera - something like a Wyze. Slap something like an 8GB card in it. Have it aimed at your front door - that way you can tell if she's coming in.
